Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of all products, services, games, and features made available through the jl797 platform, including but not limited to online slots, live casino games, bingo, sports betting, and Monster Plinko. These Terms should be read in conjunction with jl797's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this Agreement.

Your continued use of the jl797 platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Eligibility

• You have not previously had a jl797 account closed for a terms violation, fraud, or any other reason at jl797's discretion.
• You are not suffering from any psychological or emotional condition that impairs your capacity to make informed decisions regarding gambling activities.

Account Registration & Security

To access real-money gaming features on jl797, you must create a registered account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, mobile number, and a valid email address. You further agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may maintain only one active jl797 account. The creation of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your login information, password, or OTP codes with any third party. jl797 will never ask for your password via chat, email, or phone.
• Unauthorised Access: You must notify jl797 immediately via live support if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation. jl797 will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
• Account Accuracy: The name on your jl797 account must exactly match the name on your government-issued ID and on the payment methods used to deposit and withdraw. Mismatches may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension pending verification.
• KYC Documents: You agree to provide any identity, address, or payment verification documents requested by jl797's compliance team within the specified deadline. Failure to comply may result in account restriction.

Deposits & Payments

jl797 accepts deposits via a range of Philippine payment channels including GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven, Coins.ph, and USDT. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Deposits are credited to your jl797 account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider.

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• jl797 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Deposits are non-refundable once funds have been wagered. Unplayed deposits may be refunded to the original payment method upon account closure, subject to verification.
• jl797 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
• Deposits made by credit card or via any payment method not listed on the jl797 deposit page may be declined or reversed at jl797's discretion.
• Players are responsible for ensuring their payment method has sufficient funds before initiating a deposit. jl797 is not liable for bank charges or overdraft fees arising from failed deposit attempts on the player's side.

Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of available account balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. jl797 targets a withdrawal processing time of 5 to 30 minutes for KYC-verified accounts using GCash or Maya, though processing times may vary.

• Withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment methods registered in the same name as the verified jl797 account. No third-party withdrawals will be processed under any circumstances.
• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. jl797 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any stage.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• jl797 reserves the right to impose a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction, per day, or per calendar month, which may vary by account verification level and payment method.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to a review period for accounts that have not yet met the applicable bonus wagering requirements on any active bonus balance.
• jl797 may withhold or delay a withdrawal pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, multi-accounting, or breach of these Terms. jl797 will notify the player where lawfully permitted to do so.
• Any bank charges or e-wallet transfer fees applied by the receiving institution are the responsibility of the player.

Bonuses & Promotions

jl797 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotion page and are incorporated herein by reference.

• Bonuses are credited at jl797's discretion and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion's terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully satisfied.
• Players may only claim each welcome bonus once. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus via a duplicate account or using another person's identity constitutes fraud.
• jl797 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings where it determines, in its reasonable judgement, that a bonus was claimed in bad faith, through abuse of promotion mechanics, or in breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any bonus balance that has not been wagered within the specified validity period will be automatically removed from the account.
• Certain games may contribute differently — or not at all — towards wagering requirements. The contribution rates will be specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
• jl797's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding.

Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games made available on the jl797 platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or live dealer mechanisms verified by independent testing laboratories. jl797 does not manipulate game outcomes. The Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are determined by the game provider and are disclosed where required by applicable regulations.

• Each game is subject to its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding a game's rules before placing a wager.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, jl797 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the player's account. Interrupted game rounds may be resumed where the platform's systems allow.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on a player's device and the result recorded on jl797's server, the server record shall prevail.
• Any winnings resulting from a system error, software bug, or incorrect odds display are not valid and will not be paid. jl797 will return the original stake to the player in such cases.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the jl797 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any communication with jl797.
• Creating or operating more than one jl797 account, whether individually or in cooperation with other persons.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with the jl797 platform in a way that confers an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated wagering strategy designed to exploit the platform.
• Attempting to use the jl797 platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, or using VPN, proxy, or other circumvention tools for this purpose.
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraudulent transaction claims against jl797.
• Abusing promotions, including but not limited to systematic bonus hunting, arbitrage betting, or exploiting a platform error for financial gain.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the jl797 platform, its servers, or its software infrastructure.

Responsible Gaming

jl797 is deeply committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players. Gambling should be an entertaining activity conducted within your personal financial means. jl797 provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible directly within your account settings at no cost and without the need to contact support.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the maximum amount they are prepared to lose within a given period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure in-session notifications that remind them of the time elapsed during a gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days during which no deposits or wagers can be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a longer break from gaming may request self-exclusion for a period of six months, one year, or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Intellectual Property

All content on the jl797 platform, including but not limited to the jl797 brand name, logo, trademarks, trade dress, website design, user interface, graphics, game content, software, text, and promotional materials, is the exclusive property of jl797 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international treaties.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jl797 platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any jl797 content without express written permission from jl797.
• You may not use the jl797 brand, logo, or trademarks in any manner that is likely to cause confusion, imply endorsement, or misrepresent your affiliation with jl797.
• Scraping, data mining, or systematically extracting content from the jl797 platform using automated tools is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl797 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of gaming opportunities, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the jl797 platform.

• jl797's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jl797 account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• jl797 is not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions, platform downtime, network failures, or events beyond jl797's reasonable control, including force majeure events.
• jl797 is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was facilitated by your own failure to maintain account security.
• jl797 does not guarantee that the platform will be available continuously, free of errors, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access the platform at your own risk.
• Nothing in these Terms limits jl797's liability for death or personal injury caused by jl797's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Account Suspension & Termination

jl797 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other jl797 policy.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any activity that may expose jl797 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a valid legal order, court order, or regulatory directive requiring account closure.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms.

Upon account closure for a terms violation, jl797 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and associated winnings. Real-money balances deposited by the player that have not been wagered may be returned to the player at jl797's discretion following an investigation period. jl797 will endeavour to notify the player of account closure unless prohibited from doing so by law or regulatory obligation.

You may also close your own jl797 account at any time by contacting Live Support. Please ensure you have withdrawn all available balances before requesting closure, as jl797 cannot guarantee the ability to process withdrawals after an account closure request is submitted.

Privacy & Data Protection

jl797 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the jl797 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

• jl797 collects personal data necessary to provide its services, including identity information, contact details, payment information, and gaming activity records.
• jl797 may share your data with regulatory authorities, including PAGCOR, as required by Philippine law and its licensing obligations.
• jl797 implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, or misuse.
• jl797 retains personal data for the period required by applicable legal, regulatory, and anti-money laundering obligations, which may extend beyond account closure.
• You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to jl797's legal retention obligations. Requests can be made by contacting jl797 support.

Amendments to These Terms

jl797 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, jl797 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via in-app notification or to the email address on record at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless a shorter notice period is required by law or regulatory obligation.

Your continued use of the jl797 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must discontinue using the platform and may request account closure. jl797 encourages you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any disputes arising from your use of jl797 shall in the first instance be referred to jl797's customer support team for resolution. jl797 is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and transparently. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through the support process, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

To the extent that PAGCOR or any other applicable Philippine regulatory authority provides a dispute resolution mechanism, such mechanism may also be available to players as an alternative to court proceedings, and jl797 agrees to cooperate fully with any such process.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
